Welcome to Sanctuary in Me….

I’m Jayrock, a middle-aged man who has battled my whole life with weight and various health issues including some immune disorders. We all have crosses to bare in life and mine have led me down a path of comprehension of what is actually going on inside our bodies, well…. certainly mine.

Through many trials and tribulations, some luck and faith, I have learned much about cause and effect concerning weight. I’ve tested the limits of my immune issues with food, and I have learned a ton about the digestive system.

This site was created as a way for me to pass this information on to you so that you may achieve your own health and wellness goals.
